Refund & Cancellation Policy
Draft for website launch — have a qualified lawyer review and approve before going live, especially MahaRERA and real-estate advertising rules in Maharashtra.
Subscription fees, included services, and refund eligibility are defined in the Owner Service Agreement signed at onboarding.
Cancellation
Owners may request cancellation or pause of marketing subject to notice periods and work already performed (e.g. completed photoshoot, portal fees paid).
Refunds
Refunds, if any, are limited to unused portions of services not yet delivered and exclude third-party costs already incurred. No refunds are offered solely because a property did not sell within a timeframe.
